Speaking after the session, Coach Charles acknowledged that while the team is not yet at full capacity, there have been noticeable improvements in several key areas.
"Yeah, we are not a hundred percent, but a couple of areas have been touched on and I believe there's a great improvement, which is one thing that we need to see every single time," he said.
