As Wenger celebrates his 75th birthday on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, Arsenal is once again vying for the championship.

Mikel Arteta is the manager, Edu is the sporting director, and Per Mertesacker is in charge of youth development.

Wenger led the team to 704 wins in 1,228 competitive games, including an unprecedented seven FA Cup victories.

The Gunners took to social media to celebrate Wenger on his special day.

Along with photos of his time at the club was a message that said, "'nvincible. Innovator. Legend.

'Happy birthday, Arsene Wenger.'

Wenger's parents instilled in him a strong sense of resourcefulness, which he continued into his leadership of Arsenal.

He stood down from Arsenal after leading the team through difficult circumstances in his last years there as the team's fortunes declined.

He currently serves as a FIFA director devoted to advancing international football, and there is a statue of him at the entrance to Arsenal's stadium.
