Bagoole, Kizza out as Vipers name travelling squad for Champions League tie

Vipers SC head coach Leo Martins Neiva has named a 21-man squad for their CAF Champions League preliminary round opener against Jwaneng Galaxy FC on Sunday at the Lobatse Sports Complex, Bostwana.

The Venoms will be aboard the Ethiopian Airlines early on Friday. They will have a stopover in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia before departing for Gaborone.

However, newly acquired midfielder David Bagoole and winger Martin Kizza have not made the traveling squad over unidentified reasons.

Meanwhile Murushid Juuko and Brazilian Luiz Otavio Santos de Araujo alias Tinga are two other notable absences from the travelling squad due to injury

The winner between the two will be in line to face one of South Africa's Orlando Pirates or Lesotho's Djabal.
