Cristiano Ronaldo loses another final as Al Nassr falls in Super Cup Final
Cristiano Ronaldo will continue the hunt for his first official trophy with Al Nassr after defeat penalties by Al Ahli in the Saudi Super Cup final.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw after 90 minutes but Al Ahli emerged victorious with a 5-3 win in the penalty shoot out.

In a bid for the first silverware of the season, the Portuguese superstar powered Al Nassr to an early lead with the first goal of the game from the penalty spot.
The goal was Ronaldo's 100th for Al Nassr as he became the first player in history to score 100 goals for four different club and country.
The lead was short-lived as Franck Kessie equalized for Al Ahli in additional time with both teams heading to the break level.
Al Nassr did well to regain the lead in the 82nd minute when Marcelo Brozovic converted with a clinical finish.
The drama was not over as Riyad Mahrez found Roger Ibañez, who scored the equalizer in the 89th minute, forcing the match into a penalty shootout.
In the shootout, Ronaldo, Joao Felix, Mahrez, Kessie, and Ivan Toney all scored their penalties.
Al Nassr star Abdullah Al Khaibari missed from the spot as Al Ahli went on to claim the win.
Al Ahli secure the Super Cup title as Ronaldo suffered his third consecutive final defeat with Al Nassr since joining in January 2023.
The Portuguese football star previous came up short in the Saudi Super Cup and King’s Cup against rivals Al Hilal.
