The world champion has been untouchable in the Diamond League this season, winning all her races, and extended the hot streak on Sunday.

Bol commanded the race from start to finish, showing a great kick in the final stretch, to claim victory in a meeting record time of 52.13 seconds.

The Dutchwoman finished ahead of American Anna Cockrell, who timed 52.88 for second place, while Jamaican Rushell Clayton was third in 53.11.

Bol is making up for her disappointing outing at the Paris Olympics when she went into the race as one of those to beat but was floored by American Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone to finish third.

It has been a good season nonetheless for the world champion who defended her European title and has also won Diamond League races in London and Lausanne.
