Nicolas Jackson’s future at Chelsea is far from guaranteed, with the Senegal striker heavily linked to a summer move away from Stamford Bridge.
The 24-year-old has fallen out of favor with some fans and club figures after receiving two red cards in a span of four games, which coincided with Chelsea’s only two losses in their last 15 matches.
Reports suggest manager Enzo Maresca no longer views Jackson as a key part of his plans, paving the way for interest from other clubs, With Chelsea supporters now pushing for Liam Delap and Joao Pedro to start ahead of the Senegalese moving forward.
Newcastle have been mentioned as potential suitors, but they’re not alone in the Premier League. French transfer expert Nabil Djellit revealed that Aston Villa and Manchester United have also inquired about Jackson’s availability.
He stated, “The door is open for Nicolas Jackson for around €70M for Chelsea. A decision will be made after the Club World Cup.
"He could stay or leave… Some English clubs have made inquiries (Aston Villa, MU, etc.). In Italy, Naples is interested."
If Jackson is sold, the Blues are expected to pursue a winger instead of another striker.
