Noni Madueke’s impending move to Arsenal has sparked outrage among some fans, with criticism pouring in online after the Gunners struck a £52 million deal with Chelsea.

Despite the winger’s talent and potential, a section of the fanbase remains unconvinced, fuelled by frustration over Arsenal’s growing trend of signing former Chelsea players.

Madueke is the latest name on the list of players swapping Stamford Bridge for north London. The 23-year-old winger is expected to sign a five-year deal with Arsenal after completing his medical, as confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Having helped Chelsea reach the Champions League and win the Europa Conference League last season, Madueke brings both European experience and flair.

However, his role at Chelsea had become increasingly uncertain following the arrivals of Joao Pedro, Estevao, and Jamie Gittens, forcing him to consider options elsewhere.
