Jinja Hippos, Walukuba in an early showdown as groups for Stone City 7s revealed

Jinja Hippos and neighbouring rivals Walukuba Barbarianss will have an early showdown after being pooled together in Group A of the first leg of the Nile Special National 7s.

The tournament, dubbed Stone City 7s, will be held at Jinja Hippos’ Dams Waters Ground on July 1st and 2nd.

The defending champions are in Group A alongside Walukuba, Plascon Mongers and Kyambogo.

Platinum Credit Heathens have been placed in Group B with Toyota Buffaloes, Rams and Boks.

Group C has Nile Special Premiership champions Stanbic Black Pirates, Warriors, Rhinos and Jaguars, while D has Kobs Impis, Eagles and Crocs.
