Luis Enrique to make bid for Man City's Bernardo Silva after PSG appointment

Bernardo Silva's future at Manchester City has been the subject of speculation for the past two summers and he is once again expected to leave the Etihad if an acceptable offer arrives.

Luis Enrique wants Silva at PSG

Luis Enrique who seems set to take over as PSG boss from Christophe Galtier has identified Bernardo Silva as a cornerstone signing and is expected to pursue a deal, according to 90min.

Silva, who is understood to have a close relationship with PSG advisor Luis Campos from the pair's time together in Monaco, has once again informed City of his desire to leave the club this summer. 

A lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia is on the table but the 28-year-old is believed to have no interest in leaving European football at the moment.

Pep Guardiola has been clear that the club will not stand in the way of an exit for players who want to leave but the club would like to receive adequate compenasation for an absolutely key player who still has two years to run on his contract.
