Man City set to force a loan move for 100 millon flop star

The club's original plan was to sell the player, but a distinct lack of interest has prompted the potential shift in strategy.

Few clubs have shown interest in the former Aston Villa playmaker; even fewer could afford his hefty £300,000 annual salary.

The 29-year-old managed just three goals and five assists in 32 appearances for Man City.

He has seemingly lost the confidence of Pep Guardiola, who has repeatedly hinted that the midfielder has no future at the club and even left him out of the squad for the upcoming Club World Cup.

However, Grealish still has two years left on his contract, and a loan move could potentially offset some of his wages.
