Muhammad Kyeyune Makes Big Promise to URA After Dream Transfer
New URA FC signing Muhammad Kyeyune has declared his intent to make a significant impact, calling his transfer to the four-time Uganda Premier League champions a "dream come true."
The highly-regarded left-footed attacker expressed his excitement and ambition after officially joining the Tax Collectors.
"I am very happy and grateful to join URA FC," Kyeyune said. "It is a dream come true to be part of this great club, and I am ready to work hard, give my best every day and help the team achieve its goals. Whenever I am given an opportunity, I want to prove myself on the pitch and show what I can bring to the team."
Experience from Uganda and Rwanda
Kyeyune arrives at URA FC following a productive period in the top flight. He joins from Entebbe UPPC FC, where he demonstrated his attacking prowess with two goals and three assists during the 2025/26 season.
His signing brings valuable experience to the URA FC forward line, including a successful two-season stint in Rwanda with Muhazi United from 2023 to 2025. During his time there, he was a key offensive player, tallying an impressive nine goals and eight assists.
This move to a domestic powerhouse represents a significant step in a career marked by consistent development. A product of the KCCA Soccer Academy, Kyeyune has honed his craft through spells at Maroons FC and Soltilo Bright Stars before his ventures with Muhazi United and Entebbe UPPC.
With a proven ability to both score and create goals, Kyeyune is now focused on translating his ambition into trophies for the Tax Collectors.
