Manchester United to sign Nigerian-born star
Manchester United's latest addition may represent Denmark at the international level, but the Serie A-based prodigy also has Nigerian blood running through his veins.
Although the 20-year-old was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, his parents are Nigerians, and he could have played for Nigeria if his Danish roots were not as deep.
Dorgu has two brothers, Ifenna, who is with Genoa's youth team, and Gabriel, who is a goalkeeper with Gentofte. All three brothers are registered as Danish footballers despite their Nigerian roots.
Manchester United's new signing can play at both sides of the defence as well as further up the pitch on the right side.
