OFFICIAL: Borussia Dortmund signs Karim Adeyemi to replace Erling Haaland

German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund has signed RB Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Dortmund confirmed the signing of the 20-year-old German international in an obvious swap for the departing Erling Haaland. 

The German club announced yesterday that Norwegian striker Haaland has completed a transfer to Premier League side Manchester City.

According to popular transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Adeyemi signed a five-year contract with Dortmund till the 2027/28 season.
