The Tax Collectors took the lead through winger Kabon Living, but the visitors replied when they scored twice through Bashamu Mugwa in either half to earn a significant away victory.

“Losing is normal, but how do you bounce back after conceding? I felt we didn’t react well. Our concentration was lacking," URA head coach Sam Timbe said after the game.

“Our finishing was wanting as well, and we failed to convert many chances that had we done, we would have killed off the game way too early.”

The loss ended URA FC’s three-match unbeaten run but also earned them a rude welcome at the Mehta grounds, where they had returned after over six years.

Timbe’s charges remain eighth on 23 points after 18 games played.

Next up for the URA FC is an away game at the Kavumba recreation grounds against Soltilo Bright Stars on Saturday, 1st April.

The win temporarily lifted the Jinja-based side out of the relegation zone to 12th position on 18 points after 18 games played.
