The right side of the defence, along with the opposite left, has been the most challenging position for the Venoms this season, and they are now in search of remedies.

Reliable sources at the club have imitated to Pulse Sports that they are closely monitoring the situation surrounding Arua Hill SC and South Sudan right-back Geriga Atendele.

Atendele is expected to exit Arua Hill amidst the club's financial woes this season.

It's reported that the roving right-back fancies a move to reunite with his former coach, Livingstone Mbabazi, who signed for the Vipers just days back.

Should he complete a move to Kitende, he will look to oust the likes of Ashraf Mandela and Grant Matsiko.

This season, Atendele has featured in nine games for Arua Hill, as the club continues to struggle to grind results as they sit at the base with just five points.

Over two and a half seasons, he has played 50 league matches for the Kongolo, having joined them in the 2021/22 season from Wakiso Giants FC.
