American track star Sha'Carri Richardson is an ardent believer in self-acclamation as therapy, and has taken time out to reveal six things she loves about herself.
The Olympic 100m silver medallist posted a screenshot of a famous sentence on self-love which she shared on her Instagram story.

Richardson has been all about positive energy and protecting her mental space in the past two years, and fans have commended her evident growth from her previous controversial personality.
"Sha’carri is glowing more and more in the last two years. I’m glad she’s reached this point of peace within," wrote an X user.
Meanwhile, the Olympic 4x100m gold medallist with the fastest 100m time in the world this year returned to public scene by being present at the Cowboys-Falcons Week 9 matchup at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Richardson showed up with her rumoured boyfriend Christian Coleman, who recorded and posted her reaction on his IG story after the sprint queen was shown on the stadium's video board and exclaimed the Falcons' slogan "Rise Up" as the Atlanta crowd gave her raucous applause.
