Sodiq Yusuff and Iwaju: Nigerian UFC star shines in Disney animated miniseries
Nigerian UFC featherweight Sodiq Yusuff has taken on a new project.
The animated miniseries "Iwájú," which is currently available for streaming onDisney+, features a voice by "Super" Sodiq.
Iwájú often translates to "power" in Hausa and "future" in Yoruba, languages spoken in Nigeria.
Simisola Gbadamosi, Dayo Okeniyi, Femi Branch, Siji Soetan, and Weruche Opia are all featured in the series.
Notably, Lagos, Nigeria—dubbed "the culture capital of Nigeria"—is the focal point of the program.

As a result, the miniseries will cover a wide range of topics, including class, innocence, and questioning the current quo.

Right now, it's unclear precisely which episode Yusuff will appear in or what part he will play.
Having said that, it is still an impressive accomplishment and one that will undoubtedly boost the fighter's career prospects.
Apart from his voice-acting antics, Sodiq will probably be busy getting ready for his next fight.
At UFC 300, he will face fan favorite and recent UFC arrival Diego Lopes.
