Sports Gist: Eddy Kenzo, Moses Magogo lead VIPs in friendly
As part of the preparations for the East African Community (EAC) games in Rwanda, the Parliament of Uganda and the Eddy Kenzo-led Good Friends team faced off in a friendly.
The two teams, majorly comprising VIPs, played out a 2-2 stalemate at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo on Friday.

The Parliamentary team, comprising Legislators, was captained by FUFA president Moses Hassim Magogo.
Meanwhile, the Good Friends team, made of ex-internationals and artists, was skippered by musician Kenzo real name, Edrisa Musuza.
"Earlier today, the Parliamentary Soccer Team, together with the Good Friends made of several artists and legendary football players, had a wonderful, unifying and entertaining match," Kenzo posted on his social media handles.
"... in the presence of the Minister of Sports Hon. Peter Ogwang, and the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) president Ssalongo Moses Magogo."
Among the other prominent names that featured in the game were musician and politician Geoffrey Lutaaya, former Uganda Cranes stars Geoffrey Walusimbi, Hassan Wasswa and others.
