The defender was instrumental in lifting the Super League title for PAOK last season, having kept six clean sheets.
Troost Ekong was also crucial to PAOK's first-leg win in their Champions League playoffs clash against Borac.

Despite his performance last season, he has decided to leave Greece and join the Saudi Arabian club Al Khalood.
Al Khalood recently got promoted to the Saudi Arabian League and has been in the transfer market for quality players.
The newly promoted side have set their sights on the Nigerian defender as they look to challenge for the title next season.
It is just a matter of hours before the completion of Troost-Ekong's move to Al Khalood is announced.
