The Super Eagles' official social media platforms put out a statement about forms of privacy protection when staying at a hotel.

It was a response to a Nigerian raising alarm over a hotel being bugged.

The Super Eagles' official social media platforms revealed a process to avoid such a situation repeating.

The statement by the Super Eagles said, "How to detect Cameras or Microphones in your room, especially Hotels.

"Play a song on your phone and point your phone or speaker towards any place you feel something could be hidden.

"If it's giving a clashing frequency sound, then you have a bug there."

The Super Eagles of Nigeria take on the Crocodiles of Lesotho on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
