Spurs have now turned their attention to Disasi, who has struggled for game time at Chelsea this season. The 26-year-old has only made six Premier League appearances this season.
However, Disasi has impressed in the Conference League, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
The Frenchman is also capable of playing at right-back, which could be useful for Spurs given Pedro Porro's lack of competition.
Nevertheless, Tottenham face competition from Aston Villa for Disasi's signature, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that the Midlands club are keen on defensive reinforcements after Tyrone Mings suffered a knee injury.
