Vipers coach Leo Neiva buoyant ahead of visit to UPDF
Ahead of their visit to UPDF FC, Vipers SC head coach Leonard Martins Neiva is bubbly and optimistic his side can pull off a satisfactory performance and take all three points home.
The Uganda Premier League champions enter the fray tomorrow off the back of a confident-boosting 2-0 victory over URA FC in their most recent game.
The Brazilian feels his team should be good for maximum points once they apply the week's preparations on the pitch.
"We have had a good week of training," the tactician told the club media on Saturday.
"We trained well, and we trained on a very aggressive level in the last couple of days," he added.
"Now, it's up to us to play as we trained in the last couple of days," Neiva said.
The Venoms boast absolute dominance over UPDF when the two face off.
Tha former have not lost a single league game against the army side since 2015, winning eight and drawing on four occasions.
Last season at tomorrow's battlefield, Vipers walked home with a 1-0 victory, as Milton Karisa's stole the day's headlines.
At Kitende in the preceding campaign, the Venoms walloped UPDF 4-0, courtesy of a Yunus Sentamu hat-trick and a Rogers Adriko own-goal.
