Sami Zayn calls out Cody Rhodes, Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar sign contract and all that happened on RAW

Ahead of the 2023 Elimination Chamber taking place on Saturday, February 18, WWEcontinued its final build up to the show on Monday night Raw.

Former Honorary Uce, Sami Zayn made his way to Raw ahead of his match with Roman Reigns for the undisputed WWE universal championship at Elimination Chamber.

Zayn also face-to-face with Royal Rumble winner and the number one contender for the universal championship at Wrestlemania Cody Rhodes.

Rhodes and Zayn were fired up on the microphone, continuing to build one of the best stories of the WWE in recent times.

Elsewhere, old foes Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley clashed again ahead of their bout at Elimination  Chamber with the All mighty finally signing the contract.

And Becky Lynch and Bayley continued with their bid to be added as an extra entrant in the women's Elimination Chamber match.

However, they were forced to fight in a triple threat match with Raw women's champion Bianca Belair.

Here’s all that happened on Monday Night Raw this week.

Sami Zayn interrupted the show and called out Cody Rhodes to the ring.

Zayn asked Rhodes if he meant it when he said he believed Zayn could defeat Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber.

 Rhodes said it doesn't matter if he believes it, it matters if Zayn believes it.

 Zayn said he knows he's capable but doesn't know if he can do it because The Bloodline always finds a way to win.

 Rhodes then gave a rousing speech, telling Rhodes that Reigns is just a man.

 The segment ended with Rhodes admitting he didn't want Zayn to show up at Raw next week because he would rather see him at WrestleMania.

After Rhodes left the ring with Zayn, he stumbled into a Corbin backstage interview. 

Corbin was running down Rhodes and his family, leading Rhodes to deliver a punch before demanding a referee for an impromptu match.

Rhodes would end up pinning Corbin after hitting a Cross Rhodes.

Lashley finally signed the contract after taking out Lesnar with a spear. 

The All mighty initially refused to come to the ring to sign the contract, forcing Lesnar to storm up the entrance ramp, taking out security guards before getting blindsided by Lashley. 

Lashley then grabbed the contract, signed it and left it on Lesnar's body.

Former Raw Womens Champion Becky Lynch opened the show in the ring with Adam Pearce.

 She said that she had lost sight of her goal to wrestle for the title at WrestleMania and asked the Raw general manager to up the stakes and add her as an extra participant in the Elimination Chamber match for a shot at Raw women's championship.

This request brought out her bitter rival Bayley, who insisted herself instead be added to the Chamber match.

Eventually, Raw women’s champion Belair made her way to the ring and said she wanted to face the best of the best at WrestleMania, suggesting a triple threat match for later in the night.

The winner would see Lynch or Bayley being added to the Elimination Chamber should they manage to win.

IYO SKY interfered in the match, which eventually led the six women set for the Elimination Chamber to run to ringside where they brawled with each other. 

The chaos eventually settled down and Belair was able to get the victory after hitting Lynch with a KOD onto Bayley.

Finn Balor hit a Coup de Grace on Angelo Dawkins for the win

After the match, Judgement Day tried to take out Montez Ford before Edge and Beth Pheonix ran in to save him.

 As Phoenix was about to finish off Dominik Mysterio, Rhea Ripley - who Judgement Day claimed was not in the building, ran into the ring to hit Phoenix with a Riptide, ahead of their clash at Elimination Chamber.

Miz took shots at Rollins for being eliminated from the Royal Rumble by Logan Paul and even pushed Rollins too far by pointing out that he had main evented WrestleMania while Rollins never had.

 This led to a brawl between the pair, with Rollins hitting Miz with a stomp before Austin Theory ran into the ring and eventually hit Rollins with A-Town Down.

Miz was still down from Rollins' attack when Boogs came to the ring for their planned match. 

Boogs made quick work of Miz to record his second consecutive win in their rivalry.
