The National Basketball League presents a five-game slate on Saturday, with Ndejje University facing Dmark Power in the main game.

Ndejje Angels head into the weekend encounter with Dmark Power looking to continue their perfect start to the season.

Victories over the KCCA Panthers and the UCU Canons have raised morale in the camp, and they will be favourites heading into this encounter.

‘Defense winschampionship’ has been a cliche in sports for a while, and it seems like the side from Luweero is ticking all boxes in that sphere.

Ten blocks in the previous game was the icing on the cake in the last match, with both their opponents finding it difficult in the paint.

Guard Jonathan Oketch, who scored a career-high in his previous game, is confident that his team is best positioned to get the win.

"We are excited to be in this position at the start of the season; we go into tomorrow's game full of confidence, knowing we can get the win,” Oketch told Pulse Sports.

Dmark Power will look to put the disappointment of being blown out by the City Oilers 106-49 on Friday with a second win of the season against the Angels.

In the other games, UCU Lady Canons take on debutants, Kampala University Ladies, while the Namuwongo Blazers face off against the JKL Dolphins.
