Babu has won all his four games in charge, including their convincing 3-1 win over leaders Gor Mahia last Saturday.

Kenya Police FC head coach Salim Babu believes that his charges can achieve their targets for the season following their monumental victory over Gor Mahia last Saturday.

Babu’s men beat K'Ogalo 3-1 thanks to goals by Kenneth Muguna and a Tito Okello brace to nullify an opener by Austin Odhiambo in the first half of the match.

Babu has now won four games on the trot as interim coach, while Police have continued their ascendancy up the league following a slow start to the season.

The Kenya U18 coach, who also guided Nzoia Sugar to a surprise title challenge last season, has now revealed his side’s ambition for the season.

“We want to win all our games. “We started badly and were struggling but now we are coming up well and gradually,” Babu said.

Babu has revealed confidence that his side could walk away with silverware at the end of the season, which was the big target for the season back in August.

“If we continue playing like we are, I am very optimistic that we will be up there at the end of the season.”

“If we win our games and hope that they falter, anything is possible. But we are 100 percent focused on winning our games.”
