The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed a top referee for Wednesday's CAF Confederation Cup semifinal first leg between ASEC Mimosas and USM Alger.
The Ivorian giants advanced to the semifinals of the Confederation Cup following a 2-0 aggregate win over Tunisian side Union Sportive Monastirienne.

Now the match referee of this titanic clash between ASEC Mimosas and USM Alger will be Alhadj Allaou Mahmat from Chad.

The 36-year-old referee will be assisted by Elis Guy Noupue Nguegoue from Cameroon (Fits Assistant Referee), his compatriot Issa Yaya (Second Assistant Referee), and Mohamoud Ali Mohmoud from Sudan (Fourth Official).
Claude Mahounou Paqui from Benin will serve as Match Commissioner, while Nick Owusue from Ghana will be the match's Security Officer.
USM Alger will touch down in Yaounde on Sunday ahead of the match at the Stade de la Paix de Bouaké.
