A look at the collective effort and the contributions of various players and the manager in Leicester City's successful promotion campaign to the Premier League led by Nigeria's Wilfred Ndidi.

Nigerian defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi played a crucial role in Leicester City's journey back to the Premier League.

Despite being hampered by injuries, Ndidi featured in 24 matches for the Foxes in the Championship, showcasing his importance to the team's success.

Ndidi's role was transformed by Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca, who repositioned him from a defensive midfielder to one of the double 8s in the team's setup.

This tactical change proved to be a masterstroke, as Ndidi thrived in his new position, scoring four goals and providing five assists in 30 appearances.

Abdul Fatawu, the Ghana youngster on loan from Sporting Lisbon, was a standout performer, contributing 6 goals and 12 assists, including a sensational hat-trick.
