While several Ugandans are attaching the English-born to the Pearl of Africa, his roots are currently far from traceable.
However, it could only be a matter of time before his true parentage eventually comes to the limelight, given his enormous potential at just 14 years.
Kavuma's recent heroics with Chelsea had him score against Fulham as they clinched the 2023 Premier League U16 National Championship.
The excitement among the Ugandan football faithful comes after Manchester City signed starlet Divine Mukasa from the Westham United Youth set-up.
Mukasa has represented England at the U16, U17 and U18 levels, including playing thrice and scoring two times at the 2024 Euro U17 qualifiers.
