AFCON 2023: Lagos state governor Jide Sanwolu celebrates Super Eagles' win against Cameroon
Two goals from Ademola Lookman secured a comfortable win for the Super Eagles as they edge closer to the trophy.
The win was celebrated around the country by Nigerians including Lagos state governor Jide Sanwolu.

According to the Lagos Voice, Lagos state governor Jide Sanwolu, was seen in a video shared on social media celebrating the Super Eagles' win against Cameroon.
The governor has been a major supporter of the Super Eagles since the start of the AFCON tournament.
In a video shared on X, he was seen bowing down his head in celebration after the referee blew the final whistle.

Those who were with him to watch the game also joined the governor in bowing their head at the Marina Viewing Center in Lagos.
The Super Eagles will begin preparations for their quarter-final clash against Angola as they aim for their fourth AFCON trophy.
