Arsenal boss Arteta set to replace injured Saka with Super Eagles star Chukwueze in swap deal
Mikel Arteta was hit with a huge blow last weekend after seeing Bukayo Saka limp off against Crystal Palace.
The Arsenal star was seen on crutches after the game and has been ruled out for more than two months.
His injury has now opened the way for Arteta to sign a replacement and have set their eyes on the AC Milan star.
Arsenal make move for Chukwueze
According to Team Talk, Arsenal are looking to use Kiwior in a swap deal with AC Milan for Chukwueze
Since joining AC Milan last year for a €21.1 million deal from Villareal, Chukwueze has failed to impress.
The 25-year-old attacker made 33 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring three goals and having three assists.
He has made 21 appearances this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist, which has been a concern for AC Milan.
Kiwior has only made eight Premier League appearances this season due to his struggles with playing time.
The 24-year-old defender may be permitted to leave the Emirates since he is not seen as a key member of the team.
A swap deal for both players may look possible based on Arsenal’s need for an attacker following Saka’s injury.
