Arsenal star begs for support after Ronaldinho's brutal criticism of the Brazil team
Brazil are currently preparing for the 2024 Copa America tournament, which will be held in the United States.
As they continued to get ready for the Copa America this summer, the Samba Boys and the USA drew 1-1 on Thursday night.
The legendary Ronaldinho of Brazil came out to condemn the team and said he would not be supporting them.
Gabriel begs for support
Ronaldinho's remarks have caused outrage in Brazil, with two Arsenal players caught in the crossfire.
Gabriel Magalhaes has now pleaded for support from fans on his Instagram story following their participation in the Copa America tournament.
According to London Football, he shared on his Instagram story a picture from training with a praying emoji and the Brazil flag.
Magalhaes and Gabriel Martinelli, who are both participating in the tournament with the team, were the ones who responded to the former Barcelona player.
Brazil's campaign gets underway at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, on Tuesday, June 25th, when they take on Costa Rica.
Meanwhile, Ronaldinho has made it clear that the remarks he made were a compilation of ideas he saw floating on social media, not his own beliefs.
