Arteta has coached Arsenal to a sensational 50 points in 19 games to top the 2022/23 league table, and they are on course for their first EPL title since 2004.
Arsenal won four of their five Premier League matches, drawing the last, and Arteta was rightly rewarded for the team's excellence.
Arteta's Arsenal legacy so far
Arteta joined Arsenal in December 2019, replacing the fired Unai Emery, and immediately had an impact by winning the FA Cup in his first season and followed that up with a Community Shield in his second.
Arteta has overseen a major overhaul of the team, with Arsenal choosing a youth-first approach to team-building and securing several top-notch youngsters for the first team.
They are starting to see the dividends of this as Arsenal now look like a whole new side and are five points ahead of Manchester City with a game to spare.
Even if Arsenal do not win the league, this would still be seen as one of their best seasons in recent history, and much of that is down to how Arteta has handled the team.
