Super Falcons match-winner Asisat Oshoala revealed her father was unhappy after she chose to take her shirt off during celebrations.

After scoring the match-winning goal in Nigeria's 3-2 win over Australia, Oshoala celebrated what was undoubtedly a huge moment for her by taking off her shirt.

The Super Falcons came into the game as huge underdogs and pulled off an upset for the ages, led by Oshoala.

After the game, the Barca Femeni attacker revealed her father, a devout Muslim, would not be happy with her celebration.

Oshoala shared a photo of her celebration with the caption "My dad is definitely not happy with my choice of celebration but then again, Life is a collection of MOMENTS. #Alhamdulilah #Grateful #Moments."

After her revelation, celebrities and social media personalities have called on her father to forgive her.
