The Alba goalkeeper Hoyas got a touch on a Dragoni shot from outside the area in the 20th minute, but it was not enough to stop Barcelona from grabbing the lead.
Martina and Oshoala made it 3-0 in just two minutes after the young Italian's goal opened the floodgates.
Barça led 3-0 at the half and added further goals in the second half to complete the victory.
Ona Batlle's goal to make it 4-0 came from a move started by Brugts ten minutes into the second half.
The Blaugranes advanced to the quarterfinals with a goal from Pina after Corrales crossed the ball, and with five minutes remaining, Mariona scored a fantastic individual goal.
Oshoala and Barcelona return to action when they take in Real Madrid in a league El Clasico on Wednesday, January 13, 2024.
