Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala played her part as Barcelona departs Mexico with a trophy.

Super Falcons of Nigeria star Asisat Oshoala has reason to celebrate with Barcelona.

The 28-year-old forward has now completed the Mexican tour pre-season tour with Barcelona.

The Super Falcons of Nigeria star tried to feint Santiago in a one-on-one again in the 78th minute but the goalkeeper stole the ball.

Barcelona held on for the win as they completed their American tour of Mexico and received a trophy for their efforts.

Oshoala since the World Cup

The veteran forward scored one goal, started two games, and came off the bench twice as the Super Falcons crashed out of the World Cup on penalties at the round of 16 stage.

Oshoala has returned to Barcelona after featuring for the Super Falcons of Nigeria at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.
