Asisat Oshoala: Super Falcons star scores winner for Bay FC against Racing Louisville

There is news about Super Falcons of Nigeria star Asisat Oshoala.

Oshoala was back in action for Bay FC in the NWSL against Racing Louisville.

Bay FC defeated Racing Louisville FC 1-0 at PayPal Park in their first home game back in the NWSL following the Olympic break.

This victory gave them a solid grasp on their playoff spot.

Penelope Hocking tried to play a quick pass to Tess Boade by dribbling through the area but the first attempt was blocked however she Oshoala, who scored from close range inside the left post.

In the 75th minute, Asisat Oshoala scored the game-winning goal to give Bay FC the victory.

It was her fourth goal of the season overall and the team's most goal.

With their win, Bay FC now has 24 points and has climbed to sixth place in the NWSL rankings.

Oshoala has scored four goals so far this season, three of which have helped the team win games.

Additionally, Oshoala has scored twice in her last two outings versus Racing Louisville this year.

Returning to the road, Bay FC will visit WakeMed Soccer Park on Friday, September 13, to play the North Carolina Courage.
