France won the match 2-0, but Dembélé entered at halftime, replacing his PSG teammate Désiré Doué, who also sustained an injury.

Dembélé was substituted about ten minutes before the end of regular time, clutching the back of his right thigh and clearly indicating a hamstring strain.

Today, the footballer underwent further medical examinations, which revealed the injury is more severe than initially thought, requiring him to rest for about a month and a half, as reported by Sportal.

This injury is a significant blow to his club, as it means the forward will miss at least five Ligue 1 matches, as well as the start of the Champions League campaign.

On October 1st, PSG is scheduled to visit the Frenchman's former club, Barcelona, but his chances of being on the pitch for that fixture appear minimal.
