Dan Azeez in Lagos: British boxer brands Iyana Ipaja 'Ghetto'

British professional boxer Dan Azeez has gone viral on social media for his latest post

The 35-year-old Azeez United was born in London, United Kingdom but is of Nigerian descent.

Azeez has decided to embrace his Nigerian roots during the start of the year holidays.

On Monday, January 6, 2025 Azeez took to social media to show off what he has been up to during his visit to the country.

In a series of photos, Azeez showed off working with several young boxers as they sharpen their tools and exercise.

There was also a sparring session with Azeez also giving out gifts such as gloves.

Along with the photos and videos was a message that said, "Grit in the ghetto 🥊✨ @id_xtremefitness #Boxingjourney #swipeleft⬅️"

The location in the post by Azeez is in Iyana Ipaja in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Azeez branding Iyana Ipaja as a Ghetto is a new revelation by the British star.

This comes as British professional boxer of Nigerian descent Anthony Joshua has been in the country since the December holiday break.

Joshua has been cordial in his visit to President Bola Tinubu, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun.
