Deontay Wilder: Edo Man returns against Zhilei Zhang

On the undercard of the light-heavyweight world title bout between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev, Deontay Wilder will square off against Zhilei Zhang in a heavyweight match.

On June 1, the undisputed champion Beterbiev (WBC, WBO, and IBF) challenges WBA titlist Bivol for the title.

The former WBC heavyweight world champion Wilder will make a resurgence on the same bill against Zhilei Zhang, a formidable fighter from China.

Shortly before he was supposed to announce a now-canceled matchup with Anthony Joshua, Wilder, who engaged in an exciting trilogy of fights with Tyson Fury, also suffered a shocking loss to Parker.

On the undercard, competitors from Matchroom will square off against a group of Queensberry boxers, pitting two promotional houses against one another.

He took to social media to give his thoughts on the upcoming fight.

He said, "I've been through a lot while the weight of the world has been on my shoulders dragging me down.

"I believe in dying for what you believe in. I'll die before I give in or give up so the next time you talk about me just tell’em that I'm COMING!!"
