Edna Imade: Super Falcons star scores again for Granada

Super Falcons of Nigeria striker Edna Imade continues to bang in the goals in Spain.

Imade was in action as Granada recorded a 5-0 victory at home against Deportivo in a Primera División de la Liga de Fútbol Femenino fixture played on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Imade started the game at the Ciudad Deportivo del Granada.

The home side took the lead as early as the 16th minute when Laura Maria Perez Martin converted a ball by Fernandez Diaz.

The second goal was in the 26th minute when Isabal Alvarez Tenorio converted a ball by Postigo Martin.

In the second half, Tenorio turned provider for Martin to score the third for Granada in the 49th minute.

Martin turned provider for Omella Maria Vignola Cabot to score the fourth goal for Granada.

Imade would get on the scoresheet with the fifth goal for Granada assisted by Requena Sanchez.

It means Imade has now scored in her last three games against Badalona, Levante and now Deportivo.

Imade now has eight league goals this season and returns to action when Granada takes on Madrid.
