Ancelotti moved Bellingham into a deeper position after introducing Joselu in the second half. That tactical switch allowed him to constantly lose his marker and drift into dangerous areas.

Bellingham equalised with a fantastic long-range scorcher before escaping his marker to win the game for Barcelona.

 2. Ancelotti's Second-half substitutions

The introduction of Luka Modric and Joselu changed the game completely, forcing the Barca defence to defend differently and creating spaces for Madrid's attackers.

3. Second-half high pressing

With the second half introductions, Ancelotti implemented a high press that saw Barcelona lose the ball in dangerous areas.

As the Blaugrana suffocated under Real's press, Ancelotti's men benefited and Bellingham took advantage.
