Ruddier inadvertently put the ball into the wrong end after an Andrew Robertson free-kick was met by Fullkrug and Scott McKenna before the centre-back headed the ball past Manuel Neuer.

Germany face Hungary and Switzerland face on June 19 and 23, respectively. Scotland’s next Group A fixture comes against Switzerland next Wednesday.
