Even in his forties, LeBron James remains one of the most physically fit and impactful players in the NBA. However, accusations have now surfaced alleging he used performance-enhancing drugs during his time with the Miami Heat.

Former NBA player Jeff Teague, appearing on the "Club520" podcast, claimed "King James" used banned substances during his tenure in Florida, skillfully concealing it and avoiding penalties.

"He was on steroids, bro. That's why he had to duck out for a while. When it was time for the HGH testing, he said his back was hurt. Took three weeks off, then came back clean as a whistle," Teague stated.

HGH, or human growth hormone, is used to accelerate recovery, reduce weight, and enhance athletic performance.

LeBron James played for the Miami Heat from 2010 to 2014, winning two championship rings during that period.
