Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba has reacted happily to his son's performance in Beyond Limits promotion playoff victory over First Bank FC.

Daniel Aiyenugba, the son of the former Nigerian goalie, and current Kwara United first choice, was in goal for Beyond Limits FA as they secured a 4-1 victory in their Nationwide League One (NLO) playoff match to get promoted to Nigeria's second tier league: the Nigeria National League (NNL).

The 2023 season will see eight teams promoted to the Nigeria National League, with the eighth, to be decided on Sunday.
