The 31-year-old was confirmed to leave CSKA Moscow after four years with the club.

CSKA Moscow confirmed the departure of Ordega at the end of her contract.

They put out a statement to confirm the departure and celebrated her for her time.

The statement said, "Thank you for your collaboration, Francesca!

"Striker Francisca Ordega is leaving ZFC CSKA at the expiration of the contract.

"As a part of the army, Ordega played 84 matches, in which she scored 29 goals and 20 assists.

"Together with the club, she became the winner of the Russian Cup twice, a four time silver medalist of the Super League, and also a winner of the National Super Cup

"We wish you success in your future career!."

Ordega took to social media to celebrate her time in Russia with CSKA Moscow.

She said, "Would like to express my unwavering gratitude and appreciation for the love from the last 3 and a half years.

"We’ve achieved a lot since I joined this club..I took incredible pride every time I pulled on this shirt, It’s been an unforgettable and successful period since I came to this team @wfccska
