'He's got the arrogance'- Ex-Chelsea star compares Osimhen to Drogba
Former Chelsea star John Obi Mikel has compared his countryman, Victor Osimhen, to his ex-teammate at Stamford Bridge, Didier Drogba.
Osimhen is currently Africa’s number one striker after a remarkable few seasons with Serie A champions Napoli.

The Super Eagles star is one of the most sought after players in the world right now after a record-breaking campaign last season.
Osimhen led Napoli to their first league title in 33 years last season after scoring 26 league goals in 31 games.
The Nigeria international had previously scored 14 league goals two seasons ago and has six in eight matches this campaign.
However, before Osimhen started his professional career, Drogba was once Africa’s top marksman in Europe.
The former Galatasaray man scored 302 goals during his club career, including 164 for Chelsea, where he spent most of his career.
Mikel was Drogba’s teammate during his time at Chelsea, and the Nigerian believes Osimhen has what it takes to reach the Ivorian’s level.
Mikel compares Osimhen to Drogba
The ex-Super Eagles captain believes Osimhen has the same aura and arrogance that Drogba possessed during his time at Chelsea.
Mikel revealed this in the third episode of his Obione Podcast which had Osimhen as a guest after John Terry and Frank Lampard.
“He’s [Osimehn] got the arrogance. He’s got the personality when he comes into the room. His personality is star struck. You can feel someone walking into the dressing room. That’s what Didier had,” Mikel said on his podcast.
Mikel may be right in his observation as Osimhen also said he looked up to Drogba while he was growing up.
