"You are diminishing my all time greatness callin me that"

This statement defends his scoring and also shows him as a player who transcends statistics, as a versatile asset any coach would want.

This comes after Durant's Houston Rockets are set to face reigning champions Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA season opening night.
