Jose Mourinho set to be father of the bride as daughter announces engagement

Iconic football manager Jose Mourinho is set to become a father-in-law after his daughter Matilde took to Instagram to announce her engagement to her partner.

The AS Roma boss is a father of two; Matilde (27), the bride-to-be, is the eldest, and she is the older sister of 23-year-old aspiring footballer and coach Jose Mario.

A few weeks ago, the daughter of the former Chelsea manager, Matilde, shared pictures on social media which depicted her showing off a ring to hint at acceptance of a marriage proposal.

Matilde, named after Mourinho’s 58-year-old wife, Matilde Faria, is an entrepreneur who deals in jewellery and accessories. She owns an eponymously named jewellery store as well, a brand that is a member of the British Fashion Council.

Matilde regularly shares pictures of herself donning stunning outfits on her Instagram, as well as updates from her lifestyle—posts that do not fail to get the attention of her father, who is a regular in her comment section.

She also shares pictures of herself and her partner, Danny Graham and on August 31st, she showed off her engagement ring, announcing that she is set to become a bride. Jose Mourinho reacted to the post as he does most of her uploads, sending several celebratory emojis.
