Jude Bellingham: Ballon d’Or favourite officially announced as EA FC 25 cover star

A has today officially revealed Jude Bellingham as the new cover star for EA FC 25.

The 20-year-old Real Madrid and England midfielder has now replaced Erling Haaland as the new face of the soccer video game franchise confirming previous reports.

Bellingham made a solo appearance on EA FC 25 Standard Edition cover, announced on Wednesday, after being joined by women’s Ballon d’Or winner Aitana Bonmati as well as football legends like Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, Gianluigi Buffon on the Ultimate Edition cover, announced a day before.

Bellingham becomes the youngest an athlete to ever grace the cover of the EA Sports’ soccer franchise.

Launching later this year, Bellingham will also be featured as the cover star for EA Sports FC Mobile.

At just age 21, the 2024 Ballon d’Or favourite has already won the UEFA Champions League and La Liga with Real Madrid, as well as winning the La Liga Player of the Season and Laureus Breakthrough of the Year.

As at the time of this report, EA is yet to officially confirm a release dafe for FC 25.

However, the game is expected to be released later in September going by EA's annual calendar.

Additionally, there has been a leak from a reliable source that suggests the release date of FC 25 will be on September 27, 2024.
