Jude Bellingham: Ballon d’Or favourite will reportedly replace Haaland as EA FC 25 cover star

Jude Bellingham will reportedly grace the next cover of EA Sports’ new soccer video game series, FC 25.

According to reliable insider, FUTSheriff on X, the 20-year-old Real Madrid star will become the new face of EA’s soccer franchise.

FC 24 was launched in 2023, following EA and FIFA’s split having partnered with football’s governing body for 30 years.

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland was the first cover star of the new game to kickstart the EA FC 24 era.

However, the Norwegian will now reportedly be replaced by his former Borussia Dortmund teammate ahead of the game’s release next month.

Bellingham is currently in Germany preparing with England ahead of a crucial ‘winner takes all’ final against Spain in the Euro 2024.

The Los Blancos star is also widely considered amongst the favourites to win the Ballon d’Or and officially begin the post-Messi/Ronaldo era in world football.

Bellingham enjoyed an electric debut season in Spain having signed from Dortmund in the summer of 2023, immediately repaying the faith of the Los Blancos heirarchy by helping them to the 2023/24 Champions League and LaLiga titles.
